Pan Oston quality gets ISO 9001:2015

As a market leader with over 50 years of experience, our customers were already convinced of Pan Oston's quality products and services. But today this has been confirmed by the internationally accredited institution DNV who awarded us the ISO9001 2015.

ISO 9001 is the standard for quality management and Pan Oston demonstrates by achieving the certification that our products and services meet the quality demanded by customers. Throughout the entire production chain, we are able to guarantee quality by properly designing and continuously improving our processes. The end result is that we deliver high-quality customer interaction solutions to our customers and we are proud of that.

The passion and drive of our specialists were also apparent at PraKtima, which guided Pan Oston through the process of obtaining ISO certification. Good quality management with flexible processes has been the norm at Pan Oston for years. This is especially evident in the way we carry out order tracking and digital production. From the drawing board to assembly in the factory, everything is digital. This not only saves trees but provides enormous flexibility to change or adjust products and processes in close cooperation with the customer. In addition, our certified employees check the quality of our products and services at any point in the chain.

Pan Oston's quality management policy also benefits the innovation capabilities of our product management teams. By participating in initiatives such as Smart Welding Lab, a collaboration between the University of Twente and ROC Twente, we work on the continuous improvement of our processes.
